THINGS YOU WILL NEED: First you will need a styrofoam ring. You can find these at any craft store and even some retail stores. Next you will need plastic Easter eggs, the kind you use from the store for Easter egg hunts. You will also need some clear super glue that will stick to styrofoam. Lastly, you will need some white ribbon that is about 1 inch wide.
CREATE YOUR EASTER EGG WREATH: To start making your Easter egg wreath centerpiece, you will simply need to start down on the edge and start gluing the plastic Easter eggs onto the styrofoam. Use a lot of super glue to make sure that your eggs are going to stick and stay well, be careful not to glue your fingers together this can be a sticky job. Place the eggs as close together as possible when gluing them onto the styrofoam wreath. Be sure to let the glue completely dry before you start on the next step, as you do not want to bump or move the eggs out of place.
Next, you will simply start weaving the ribbon back and forth between the eggs. Just randomly weave the ribbon, you do not have to worry about any certain pattern or anything. Just make it fun. Glue the ribbon onto the eggs as you weave it through. Try to cover any area with the ribbon where the styrofoam may be showing through between the eggs.
Now your pretty Easter egg wreath is ready to be displayed on your Easter dining table. You could place a small vase with an Easter flower arrangement into the center of this wreath if you would like. Your guests will think this simple centerpiece is simply beautiful and never know that is was done so cheaply.
