As Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana, embarks on her first national tour, fans all over the country are scrambling to get tickets. Hannah Montana is already the biggest concert draw of the year, even trumping the Police, who reunited for their first tour in over 20 years. So, what Halloween costume would be a hit with Hannah Montana's young fans? Nothing will do other than to dress as the teen superstar, Hannah Montana, herself. Designing a Hannah Montana costume should be a piece of cake for most fans and moms. Possibly the only part that you'd need to buy is a wig that is similar to the one Miley Cyrus wears when she is playing the part of Hannah Montana. Hannah Montana's wig is a dark blonde color with lighter blonde highlights. The wig is long, falling past the shoulders with bangs over the forehead. Most costume shops should stock plenty of wigs similar to this style just to meet the demand this Halloween.

Hannah Montana's clothing should be easy. Most preteens have the style of clothing that Hannah Montana wears already in their closets. Look for something flashy, but not trashy. A cute skirt or jeans will work perfectly. The top should be sparkly, with sequins or glitter. Hannah Montana's character doesn't wear tank tops or outfits that bare the stomach or chest. Hannah Montana, like the real Miley Cyrus, is a clean-cut daughter and sister who is down-to-earth, but just happens to be famous. Moms should be happy with their daughter's choice of role models.

Most girls will want to wear a little bit of makeup on Halloween night. Again, Hannah Montana has a reserved style for a pop star, so makeup should be light and appropriate for preteens. Pink lip gloss, eye shadow, and blush that are applied lightly should satisfy your little princess. A little glitter over the eyes can project that rock star image without going overboard.

Accessories can vary, but may include a microphone, small guitar, or a feather boa. Hannah Montana's character definitely accessorizes, but, again, accessories aren't over the top.
