This spring, why not use the things you have right around your house to create your spring table centerpiece. This centerpiece is easy to make and very budget friendly since you can use the things you already have around your home to create it. You will only need to buy a few things at the store. Follow these steps to create your tin can spring centerpiece.

ITEMS NEEDED:

First you will need some empty tin cans. You can use a large tin coffee can for the very center of this spring centerpiece. Then you will also need 4 smaller soup or juice tin cans. You will also need some paint, the color is up to you and a paint brush. You could use two colors of paint to really make it spring like, you could use a lime green and bright blue or purple. Lastly, you will need some spring flowers, you can get these fresh out of your garden every week or so, or you could simply buy some fake bouquets of spring flowers at the store.

CREATE YOUR SPRING TIN CENTERPIECE:

First, simply remove all of the labels off of your tin cans. Next, you will paint your tin cans, the colors of your choice. You can use one or two bright spring colors to make these tin cans look great. Lastly, all you will need to do is place your garden flowers or fake flowers into the painted tins once they have dried. If you decide to use your garden flowers, you can simply take them out and replace them every week or so once they start to wilt.

You can use this beautiful and frugal spring centerpiece idea for your table at home or for a wedding reception. The idea is very versatile, since you can paint the tin cans any color that you choose and you can also use any flowers that you choose. Enjoy your homemade tin can spring centerpiece.
