CREATING THE "THANK YOU" CARDS:
First to create these thank you cards you will need to get some disposable cameras and a designated photographer. The photographer can be a family member or friend, it doesn't need to be a professional. This person needs to be dedicated to getting pictures of each couple and guest that walks into the reception. They should be standing at the door when guests start arriving and making sure that they get pictures of everyone. You may need to have two designated photographers, to make things run more smoothly. A tip: throw in a gift or a little money to get the best work out of your freelance (family or friend) photographer. This will give them an incentive to get the best pictures possible!
Once the big day is over and you have collected your disposable cameras back, take them to the store and get the pictures of your guests developed. Hopefully, you have some really good pictures of all of your guests. Now, you will need to get a photo pen, that is made to write on photos, you may need a couple of these. You and your groom should sign the front of all of the pictures, then simply write a very sweet thank you note on the backs of the photos. Make them personal and especially remember to thank every who gave you and your new husband a gift. State how you plan to use the gift.
Once you have all of the photos signed and filled out with a thank you, you can send them out in the mail. Write on each envelope "DO NOT BEND PHOTOS ENCLOSED".
Your guests will simply love these very unique and thoughtful "Thank You" cards and they will always cherish them, because they were signed by you and your husband. This will be a Thank You card that your guests won't soon forget!
