Creating a Better Economy

Less Spending More Job Creating

SereneRose
In order to survive this economical crisis we must first find solutions to the matters at hand. All these so called stimulus packages is not a solution, if so only temporary ones. We should look into creating more jobs like F.D.R. did when the economy was falling back... then what did he do? Create more jobs.

Others may think he was just a selfish man, but look, Hoover did nothing to help the economy. All he did was lock the banks up and make food more costly. Much like today and what did they do...bail the banks, the car industry and some other big businesses out rather than helping everyone else out. Selfish don´t you think?

As previously mentioned ¨creating jobs¨ not making cuts is the solution. Let´s say more farming jobs or creating new technology for energy. Rather than shipping jobs overseas we should bring those jobs back home and make it more affordable. America used to not be so costly but look at us now a dollar and a half for a loaf of bread; three and a half dollars for milk. We must lower the cost of living not raise it up so high that those who cannot afford to live or who have disabilities will not be able to survive. Or is that what everyone wants? I assure you that is not what the people of the USA want.

What is it that (you) would want for this country? More jobs? Better health care? Less fuss and more productivity? Let us not forget all that we have accomplished and have overcome to get this far. Wars, we have fought, even ones that were not our own. We have come so far and yet our country is now letting us down. Time to stand up anew and see what we can do. In conclusion, let´s create more jobs maybe even jobs that have not been thought up yet rather than spend billions of dollars on these so called stimulus packages.
