Edward J. Neary
Creating opportunities in your life is important. Make time for the possibilities reach out and grab them. Being able to create your opportunities is at the heart of what you should do everyday. If not then you are doing it wrong so let's start doing it right. Figure out how to create opportunities and life becomes better.

Social networking is the way to go to make this happen faster. You have heard it said that some people make their own luck and its true. The more people you know, the larger your network, the greater the opportunities you will have to make luck turn your way. It really has nothing to do with luck and everything to do with skill. If you have a large group of friends and associates through networking it becomes a simple matter of asking questions based on what it is you are looking to accomplish. Looking for a significant other someone who shares your tastes. Ask a friend, "I would really like to meet someone I can go and do X with." Your friends know you let them make some suggestions. If you are interested in finding a more challenging or fulfilling job, It works the same way. If you wanted to find a good deal on car insurance checking with your network of friends and acquaintance is better than just looking it up to find out a place to go. Word of mouth is always the best utilize it, thats why business's love word of mouth, it really is priceless. By the same token when you hear someone is looking for some help with something, and you are in a position to do so, you do it.

Nothing difficult about this once its all in place. It's getting to that point that is time consuming. The social networking and friendships that come from it are actually the hard part. Maintaining this is easy to do its just a matter of keeping up with it. You can use it to help offset your weakness's too. Think back to school. Maybe were great at Math but horrible at English so you swapped notes and help with someone didn't you? There could be times when maintaining these people in your life might seem hard. Perhaps it is but not having these people is like walking a high-wire act without a safety net, dangerous and unnecessary so keep the net in place. Now get out there and make some new friends.
