There are many places online which one can locate positive affirmations to apply to your daily life. There is, however, only one way to assure that your affirmations fit your life wholly, write your own. A few things to remember when constructing your own list are that all affirmations must be current, reading "I AM" rather than "I WILL". I know it is a given, but for the sake of clarity, all affirmations must be positive in nature. Something else to avoid forgetting to include is that your affirmations are limited to nothing. Career, personal strength, and confidence are just a few suggestions. Always be aware that the lists of affirmations you create are not to simply be read to ones self or read aloud. These affirmations are to be taken literally and to heart. Your affirmations must be felt and elicit an emotion in order for them to take hold, making an impact on your life. There is only one person on this planet that can change your life, it is you.
I have provided my personal list of positive daily affirmations in hopes I will create a spark or small stepping stone for anyone else who desires to create a list of their own. Feel free to utilize my list of affirmations, all or in part, as they apply to your life as well. These affirmations have allowed me to lead a strong, happy, positive life & I wish the same for anyone else. Best of luck...not that you need it considering that a positive outlook brings all sorts of great things to your life!
Personal Positive Daily Affirmations
I am successful because I smile & overcome negative thoughts.
I dictate who I am and how I act. No one can take this from me.
I am not only strong, but I am beautiful & today I will prove it.
My personal sun shines every day, regardless of the weather.
Today I will make others smile.
I am confidant I will overcome any challenge today, regardless of size.
If there is darkness it is only because I need to see the light shine brighter at the end of the tunnel.
If there is not a path to follow I shall pave my own.
I refuse to let others control my emotions because I have the power to choose my own way of thinking.
I will remain positive in the face of adversity in order to reassure myself & others of our personal strengths.
