Creative Calorie Burners for Men Beginners Under Age 50

A lot of focus is on men working out in a gym. Most magazine articles that deal with weight loss is geared toward women. Other than working out in a gym or doing hard core exercising not must is readily available for men to lose weight. Don't worry men, you don't have to join a gym or do sissy girly exercises to lose weight. There are some every day guy things that can really help you to burn the calories. By burning calories you can shed the pounds. Here are some creative ways to burn calories for men, who are beginners and under the age of 50.

Play with your children:

Take the time to get outdoors and play with your children. The fresh air is good for you and the time spent playing with your children will help you burn calories. If your children are into sports take the time to join them at practice. Don't drive up and drop your kids off at practice, instead get out of the car and take part in their favorite sport. Become an active Dad in your children's activities and you will burn calories and make great memories with your children.

Sports are not the only thing a Dad can do with his kids to burn calories. If you child is an infant or toddler, you can always put your child in the stroller and go for a walk together. This is the perfect time to burn calories and talk with your child. Don't worry about the macho thing because a lot of fathers are getting out of the house and pushing their infants and toddlers in the stroller now a days.

Honey Do Lists:

By tackling the chores your wife gives you , you will be burning calories. So stop balking at the chores you wife wants you to do and just get them done. By doing this chores you will be getting things done and improving your health. So the next time your wife hands you a honey do list, smile and thank her. The reason being is she just handed you , your next calorie burning activities. Just remember that you will burn more calories if you skip the power tools and just rely on good old fashioned tools to get the job done.

Go shopping with the wife:

Ok so you are not going to actually do any shopping. What you are going to do is power walk around the store or mall, while your wife does the shopping. By going with your wife while she does her shopping , you take your calorie burning self and get some new scenery while you work off those calories.

Park further away:

No matter where you are going, whether it be to work or the store you need to park further away from the building. Try to park as far away as you can and walk to the building. This extra walk will help you to burn calories. Take advantage of large parking lots every where you go.
