Want to burn calories but just don't like the idea of exercising. Not very many people actually like the idea of exercising. Well the good news is you don't have to exercise to burn those dreadful calories. You can burn calories by doing everyday activities. Yep by doing what you already do everyday you can burn those calories. Here are some great calorie burning tips for women who are beginners and under the age of 50.

Clean house:

Cleaning your house can really burn those calories away. You are probably saying that you already do that and are not burning any real calories. Your right there is just a little more to it than just cleaning house. The kicker to this is you have to do it for 30 minutes nonstop. Yep by starting and stopping you are not burning calories despite the fact your house is clean. So to make house cleaning work for you start cleaning and do not stop for 30 minutes straight. Even standing and washing dishes by hand can burn up those calories.

Shopping:

What woman doesn't love to shop? Now you can put that favorite past time to work for you. To start park as far from the building as you can and walk to the building. This walk will help to burn up calories. Grocery shopping is a great way to burn calories since you will be pushing the cart around the store. The heavier the cart gets the more calories you will burn. If you are a mall shopper then you can really burn calories. By caring shopping bags around you will burn more calories than if you walked around empty handed. So get those shopping shoes on and head for your favorite store or mall.

Play with your children:

That's right play with your children. Children seem to go a mile a minute and by joining in the fun of playing with them, you can burn those calories. So many mothers take their little one to the park and sit on the bench watching them play. Well now is the time to stop being a bench mother and get up on that play ground equipment with your children. By joining in the fun you will not only be burning the calories you want to burn but also bonding with your children.

Drop the lady like stance:

We are taught that it is not lady like to fidget. Not to mention that when we fidget we look nervous or impatient. Well get over it ladies. It is proven that when a person fidgets they burn calories. So take those annoying moments when you are standing in line and burn some calories. It is time to start fidgeting and start a new trend, a trend where fidgeting women are viewed as health conscience.
