Creative Ideas for Celebrating Mother's Day from Miles Away

Mother's Day is a day to recognize one of the most special people in our lives. It is easy to find ways to celebrate Mother's Day when you live close by, but how can you celebrate the holiday when several thousand miles separate you? I have provided some creative ideas which could spark a tradition between you and your mother.

Picture Collage

A picture collage would be the perfect gift for your mother. You should include pictures of both of you. Now that you have these items, all you do is mount the pictures onto stock card and bond them with the glue stick. Then you can cut them out in shapes with the scissors. Once the pictures are cutout, you should mount them onto the scrapbook pages. Give each page a creative title which reflects the pictures on each page. Once you are finished, wrap the book with a beautiful ribbon and you have your beautiful picture collage book to give to your mother on her special day.
