Break Out the Cookie Cutters
There's no denying the fact that cutting fudge into squares is easy. But, using cookie cutters is just as easy. The first tip to remember is to pour your fudge into a wax paper lined pan. This will make it easy to remove the candy for cutting. Once the fudge is set, flip the pan over and peel off the wax paper. Next, grab your sharpest cookie cutters and line them up on the fudge so that you can get the most cuts possible. Of course, if there's a bit of fudge left over, no one has to know, right?
Pour Fudge Into Foil Cupcake Pans
One of the cutest ideas is to purchase foil cupcake liners that are shaped. Depending on the season, you can find these cupcake liners in the shape of Easter eggs, Christmas trees or even stars. What you do need to remember is to spray the cupcake liners with nonstick cooking spray or grease them heavily with butter. This will ensure that your fudge is easy to release.
Use Shaped Silicone Ice Cube Trays
Ice cube trays are the perfect serving size for fudge. You can find silicone ice cube trays in a number of designs and the best part is, your fudge will come out easily once it's set. This is the perfect way to serve fudge on a buffet. Simply pop the pieces of fudge from the tray place them on a festive platter. Your guests will love the bite sized portions and you'll love the cleanup. If you want to really enhance the look of the fudge, try adding crushed candy before pouring the fudge into the trays. When you pop the pieces out, you'll have a cute and tasty decoration on top.
