A video of your wedding can be one of the most memorable ways of preserving the day for family, friends, and someday maybe your children and grandchildren. A story can be told starting with the birth of the bride and groom, growing up, meeting, and getting married. The videographer can capture the magical setting of your wedding. It could be a tropical setting with the ocean as your wedding backdrop. Or it could be a winter wonderland wedding with snow hanging from the branches of trees glistening as the vows are spoken. A midnight arrival of the bride in a horse drawn coach with the wedding being performed in a castle lit by candlelight. A wedding in a Spanish villa or at a Greek seashore with the monstrous ships in the background can make some interesting video.
These life moments can be molded into a movie about you and your fiance before, during, and after your wedding. It can be added to in later years to show the birth of your first child. The purchase of your first home and the two of you interacting with your children as they grow up. A whole life story can be told on video so that over the years you can treasure and reminisce your vows, your family, and loved ones. A great idea for a wedding video that is sure to be watched many times is to have family of the bride and groom relate their memories of them as children. Sometimes grandparents, aunts, and uncles remember some great stories. The wedding couple might have some great stories to tell about their early relationship also. A 25th wedding anniversary party could be added in later years to help make a great life video.
One thing you absolutely need to do is let the videographer know any special circumstances that he might encounter when the time comes to record this wedding. He will make sure he is in attendance early enough to set everything up and be as unnoticeable as possible. He also needs to put sound equipment in the right areas to capture the music, vows, and anything else relevant to what he is recording.
A special thought from the bride and groom is having a short video showing them in the first moments of being husband and wife made and presented to their very close family and friends. This will let them know how special you think they are and make great viewing for them in later years too.
