I have an issue with people who claim that there is nothing in their lives that they would change if given the chance. I find that hard to believe. In my estimation, they are deluding themselves. Surely everyone has at least one choice or one action/reaction that they would do differently if they knew then what they know now.
Thus the second prompt in this series is: What would you do differently?
For some of us, this will be a therapeutic write. It might offer an opportunity for self-forgiveness. Perhaps it will allow forgiveness of another person.
Take your time with this one. Let yourself remember and dissect a specific action or a choice that prompted a series of questionable actions.
This is a very personal exercise for me, thus I will not be posting a link to my answer. Feel free to leave a short answer in the comments section, or a link to a longer post, if you like.
