Cricket Cell Phone is the First Company I Have Ever Been Happy With

I've been with Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T and I must say that I haven't experienced great service with them like I have with Cricket Wireless. I'm not sure when I decided to check out Cricket Wireless but I do believe it was the time I was leaving work and ran across a sign outside my job. I didn't know who they were I just knew they were offering unlimited wireless for $40 a month. I thought it was a bogus claim, so I went and check them out.

When I got to Cricket Wireless, I was a bit skeptical but I guess most consumers are like this when it comes to a new business. Cricket didn't have much to offer as far as phones were concerned. The most they had was a few Nokia & Samsungs. But after going through the ups and downs with many other cell phone companies, I realize that it's about the service. So I went ahead and sign up for service with Cricket Wireless, bought a simple cell phone and jogged up.

This was about a year ago, I have been with Cricket Wireless since. I must say that the features, phones and service since then has improved. I enjoy the fact that I get unlimited usage for $40 a month. You couldn't beat that with a stick. Another thing I like about Cricket Wireless is that I actually stop using Cricket wireless for a hot second just to take advantage of their free first month offer. I know it's a bit funky of me but who cares. If I can save a little money then guess what, that's what I'm going to do.

Cricket Wireless offered me unlimited texting, pics, long distance and talk for only $40 a month. Considering the fact that I was paying around $60 for the same features with other cell phone companies, I wasn't complaining at all. I have upgraded my service though and I'm now getting unlimited, texting, pics, Mexico texting, mobile web, premium extended coverage, caller I.d, Call waiting, call forwarding, three-way calling and voicemail all for $50.I also get 30 roaming minutes per month.

The one thing I thing I love about Cricket Wireless is that my daughter was capable of getting a phone from them for only $30 a month. The only thing she has is unlimited talk and call I.d but at 15 that's about all she needs.

Cricket Wireless offers family plans that you can utilize if you happen to have a big family who utilize their cell phones more than they utilize anything else. Cricket Wireless also offers a thing called Bridgepay. Which allows the customer to extend their payment cycle by 7 days if you aren't capable of paying your bill on time. I think this feature overall is neat because it allows the customer flexibility. Plus it brings a bit of comfort , knowing that Cricket Wireless are concerned about their customer's needs.

The only thing that bothers me about Cricket Wireless is that I have one too many dropped calls but I totally understand because they don't have many towers up yet so I'm being extremely patient with them.

Out of all the cell phone companies I have managed to dip my money into, I think that Cricket Wireless is one of the best phone companies I've ever invested in. Hopefully they continue to grow and expand with great success and not end up over pricing their customers for cell phone service, once they become world wide.
