Crispy Creamy Cauliflower

Cauliflower is a delicious vegetable that not only tastes good, but it so good for you as well. It contains vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, dietary fiber, a variety of B vitamins and many other minerals and nutrients that are important to our health.

Crispy, Creamy Cauliflower is a yummy recipe that only takes a few minutes to prepare and requires very few ingredients.

Necessary Ingredients:

3 cups cauliflower
1 can cream of cheddar soup
1/2 can water
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup panko

Place the cauliflower into a large pot and heat on high temperature until boiling. Turn the temperature down to medium and place the lid on the pot.

Cook the cauliflower for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain the water and pour the cauliflower into a large casserole dish.

Pour the cream of cheddar soup, water, seasoning salt and pepper into a small bowl. Whisk the ingredients together. Pour the soup mixture over the cauliflower and stir to cover the vegetable.

Sprinkle the panko crumbs over the top of the cauliflower. Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 40 minutes.

Additional Cooking Options:

Mix broccoli, carrots or celery with the cauliflower to increase your vegetable intake.

Sprinkle real cheese into the soup mixture.

Add freshly, chopped herbs such as basil, parsley or oregano to the soup mixture for added flavor.
