Crista Flanagan: "Mad Men" Nude Playboy Photos a Classy Retro Shoot

Crista Flanagan Throws Back to the Golden Age as Playboy Opens Safe-for-Work Web Site

Crista Flanagan Playboy photos are going to be the talk of Hollywood. The sexy "Mad Men" star is going to take a hint from the AMC period drama and re-create an era. The cover of the August issue is going to feature the star in panties and a strand of pearls - giving homage to the 1960's Toni Lacey. As Flanagan is quoted as saying to Playboy, " really did feel like I was re-creating something and that I was bringing to life these women who already posed for Playboy in the '60s,If I tell a friend I did this, they think I'm completely naked. ... This was not Crista filling your wish list out. This was trying to capture an era."

The shoot is inspired by the 1960's as stated before, and will hit newsstands just in time for the season premiere of "Mad Men" on AMC. This is perfect timing both for her and also for the show which has put her on the map.

The 30-plus actress has beauty and talent that many women years younger envy; her timeless and classic beauty make her perfect for this particular spread. It's artistic inspiration such as this that has kept Playboy at the top of the industry for so many years.

A bidding war between Hugh Hefner and Penthouse has been going on, and we are hoping that the silk pajama clad octogenarian ladies man will get to reclaim his empire. Hefner allowed the company to go public, earning him quite a hefty sum of money.

I am afraid that Penthouse will be able to pay more, as they are the company that owns the Friend Finder family of sites. They have deeper pockets. We just want Playboy to stay classy.

It's not strange to find a woman who is a fan of Playboy. While it is geared towards gentleman, the publication has remained respectful of women over the ages. It doesn't objectify them, and it doesn't make them into X-rated jokes.

In other Playboy news, the company just launched the Web site TheSmokingJacket.com which is a safe-for-work Playboy Alter ego. The target market for this site is, of course, men. The site claims that it is seeking to give men smart and safe for work entertainment to get them through the day.

With so many sites geared towards women, this is an excellent idea and one that we think will really take off. But for those men who think that they will be able to sneak a peek at Crista Flanagan Playboy photos on the new site, they will be sadly mistaken. The least amount of clothes that they wear is a bikini.

Don't forget to grab your Crista Flanagan Playboy issue. It's a beautiful spread which reminds you of an era that is long gone, but never forgotten.

I wanna know who fell on their head and thought it was a good idea to put Crista Flanagan on the cover of PlayBoy. Her body is a solid B at best and her face... well, I guess that issue could have been their "ButterFace" edition. Her acting sucks and her comedy (if you can even call it that) is an abortion act.
