Peach Cobbler in a Crock -Pot
Ingredients:
2 lbs. sliced fresh or canned peaches
2/3 cup oats
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2/4 cup softened butter
Put peaches in the crock-pot. In a mixing bowl combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix together then pour over the peaches. Add the butter and stir all the ingredients together. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
I like to add a can of sliced peaches with 5 fresh peaches. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
