Crockpot Irish Pork Stew

1 pound boneless pork chops
6 small "b-sized" red potatoes
1 small onion
1/2 pound baby carrots
1 large braeburn apple
1 cup cubed portabella mushrooms
2 tbs dry parsley
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp sage
1 tsp salt
2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbs Irish whiskey
1 cup cream or half and half
2 cups warm water
2 tbs flour
1 large or 2 small vegetable or chicken boullion cubes

Turn Crockpot on High Setting and place the the following in crockpot

Pork chops cut into 1 inch cubes
Scrubbed potatoes cut into large cubes
Peeled onion cut into 1 inch pieces
Cored apple cut into large slices
Carrots
Mushrooms

Dissolve flour and boullion in water
Add spices and whiskey and pour over ingredients
Add cream

Heat on high heat for 4 hours, or reduce to low heat and cook for 8 hours or more

Serve
