(Note: God isn't known as LORD God until Genesis 2 when he actually creates human beings. The reason for that is the word LORD means Faithful Adonai. He isn't Faithful Adonai until he actually relates with His created human beings in Genesis chapter 2).

The reason for that is, the Faithful Adonai didn't relate in speech to His created human beings until the latter part of Genesis chapter 2. God was speaking to the trinity God-head deity when he created the heavens and the earth in unity with His Chief of Staff. God created the heaven and the earth with the pre-existent Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit).
