Crucial questions that you should ask are;
1. What type of Training and support will you get once you become a member of their team?
2. What are all the associated costs. Example, business supplies, website fee's, catalog's, travel?
3. What marketing materials are available?
4. Are there any limitation on marketing methods?
5. Ask about the background of the company, when did they get started, any major changes in their pay system over the past couple of years?
6. What is their current compensation plan? Are there any expected changes in the near future?
7. Do they have monthly sales and/or quarterly sales goals? If they do have these types of goals, what are they?
8. Is there any free training or on-line support systems in place? Is there continuing training and support?
9. Does the company offer any guarantees? If you don't like their starter kit, can you get a refund?
10. Some companies are all about recruiting, be sure to ask what their main focus is, it come be recruiting, hosting parities, or direct sales.
11. Ask detailed questions about your sponsor. Remember you will be working with this person every day. If you don't like this person, how will you work with them for the next 10 plus years? Ask how long they have been wit the company. What made them decide to work with this company? Do they do this full time or is this extra income for them? What is their approach to this business? How do they get new prospects? What marketing programs are they using and what have they tried in the past? What marketing programs work and what hasn't worked?One thing you need to keep in mind when determining which business opportunity to go with, is that when you truly love and believe in a product others will feel that energy that you have with the product and sales will be much easier to obtain. Look at the product first, opportunity second. Remember that it can take two to three years before you reach a break-even point or really have your business up and running smoothly. Again, if you don't love the product, it doesn't matter how good their pay system.
