Ingredients

Serves 4
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 lb. Chicken Breast
2 cups Celery
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Water
1 cup Croutons, any flavor
As desired Salt and Pepper

Directions for Crunchy Baked Chicken and Celery

Place the butter and olive oil in a large skillet and heat on medium high until the butter melts.

Cut the chicken breast into bite sized cubes. Place the chicken in the skillet and sauté until it is golden brown.

Slice the celery into small pieces, about one inch thick. Use a spatula to move the chicken to the edges of the skillet and place the celery into the pan with the chicken.

Pour the cream of chicken soup and water into a small bowl and stir the two ingredients together. Add salt and pepper as desired.

Pour the liquid mixture over the chicken and celery and let it simmer on medium low temperature for 30 minutes.
