There are many Italian restaurants available to the people living and visiting the Denver area; however many, but not all, offer all together good food, excellent service, and reasonable prices, luckily there is one Italian restaurant in Denver that does offer all three and that restaurant is the Cucina Colore Restaurant in Downtown Denver.

Location and Hours

The Cucina Colore Restaurant is located at 3041 E. 3rd Avenue in Downtown Denver, which makes for a wonderful location, because it is situated next many of the beautiful attractions that the city of Denver has to offer. The Cucina Colore Italian Restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11am-10pm; and it is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11am-11pm.

Specialties

This Italian restaurant, the Cucina Colore, has many classic and traditional Italian dishes available on their menu; these same dishes can be found on the menus of similar Italian restaurants in the Denver area, such as spaghetti, alfredo, traditional pizzas, among others. But, the Cucina Colore Restaurant also offers its own specialties such as the Shrimp and Arugula Salad, and the Seafood Pasta consisting of various vegetables and scallops, and they also offer their own specialty pizzas. They also cater to vegetarian's needs by offering various pasta dishes, salads, fresh vegetables, and vegetarian pizzas. The portions are quite large, so if a guest is not feeling very hungry it is quite plausible that two people can split one entrée, thus making the cost of dinner at the Cucina Colore even cheaper. Someone wanting to have lunch and/or dinner at this Italian restaurant should expect to wear khakis or suit pants paired with a polo or dress shirt; they this Italian restaurant has a somewhat semi-formal dress code. The Cucina Colore Restaurant has a huge dining room consisting of many tables and booths that will host both small and large parties. This Italian restaurant also has an outdoor patio allowing guests to eat dinner or lunch outside on nice days, making it nice for people who want to enjoy the nice weather and views while eating their meal. This is not a very kid-friendly restaurant, in my opinion I would recommend this restaurant to couples and groups of friends looking for a good meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

They offer great food, and excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere at a reasonable price; so everyone, no matter how big or small their budget, can and should try the Cucina Colore Italian Restaurant in Denver.
