I have always liked the taste of clean, pure water and because of this preference; I used to buy bottled water. I thought about getting a filtration system that would attach directly onto my water spout, but I did not want to do this, because I didn't like the idea of attaching a filtration device to my kitchen faucet. I decided that I also did not want to buy bottled water anymore, because it takes a lot of time, money, energy, and gas just to get to a store to buy bottled water, so when I was given the Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System I said goodbye to bottled water and hello to clean filtered water that I can have at the push of a button right in my own home.
Tap water contains chlorine, which my daughter and I do not like the taste of. The Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System eliminates the chlorine taste that you would normally get with tap water. In fact, it reduces chlorine odor and taste 97.5%. The filtration system reduces mercury, chlorine, and copper from the water, so what you get is good clean water.
The Clean Water Countertop Filtration System is made by Cuisinart and the company's founder is Carl Sontheimer. Cuisinart got its start with a great machine called the food processor in 1973. Since 1989 the new management for Cuisinart is the Conair Corporation.
Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System comes in a 2 gallon capacity unit and has two water dispensing areas where you can choose between cold, room temperature, and hot water. I really like it that the filtration system also has an energy saver feature that cuts 50 percent of the energy that you use. That means lower electricity bills.
There are red/blue LED indicators that light up when the water in the machine has become hot or cold and is ready to drink. The Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System uses thermoelectricity instead of a compressor to keep the water cold as well as hot. The unit is very quiet while it is on and you can turn the unit completely off if you only want to have room temperature water.
The filtration system is very versatile and I can sit the Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System right on my countertop or table. It is a very sturdy machine that is unique in style, design, and has a brushed stainless steel housing which is very attractive. The Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System comes with a limited three year warranty and the Water Quality Association has approved the filter that lasts up to 3 months before it needs to be replaced.
I use the Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System so much. I use it for making tea, shakes, soups, and more. I believe that I am drinking much more water now that I have the Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System. The water tastes so good!
The only thing that I found that happened after using the machine for a few weeks, is that the water was not flowing as strongly out of the spouts. I think that was because of hard water deposits that might have been in the water that I put into the filtration system. I just replaced the tank water which was quick and easy and the water instantly began to flow fast and strong again from the spouts. This problem happened only after I had been using the machine for about one whole month. I still love this machine and use it everyday.
The Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System will save you time, energy, and money in the long run. It will save you time, because you will not have to take the time to run to the store to get bottled water anymore, it will save you energy, because you will not have to haul water bottles or large jugs of water into your home, and it will save you money, because you will not have to spend gas to go to the store to buy water bottles to bring home. The Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System uses only a small amount of energy. My electric bill did not go up at all since I have been using this filtration system.
So, if you want clean, pure water and have been looking for a great water filtration system and if you would like to drink good clean water for a change, then I highly recommend that you get the Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System. You will be glad that you did.
You can find Cuisinart Clean Water Countertop Filtration System at www.amazon.com and at www.cuisinart.com for about $149.00.
