Operation
The Cuisinart CPK-17 electric tea kettle offers one-touch controls complete with blue LED indicators. There are six preset temperature which enable you to make different types of tea. Thanks to the keep-warm feature, the kettle maintains the set temperature for up to 30 minutes.
Water
The Cuisinart CPK-17 can hold up to 1.7 liters of water at a time. The blue backlit window on the kettle allows you to see how much is inside easily. There is also a removable scale filter to help improve the taste of your tea. You can clean this filter before putting it back inside.
Power
The Cuisinart CPK-17 tea kettle is packaged with a cordless power base. This enables you to pour without being restrained by the cord. You can replace the kettle in the power base from any angle. The kettle also has a memory feature. If you remove it from the base, it won't shut off for up to two minutes so the brewing process isn't interrupted.
Safety
The Cuisinart CPK-17 kettle offers 1,500 watts of power for quicker operation. It also offers a range of safety features. It shuts off automatically in case you forget to do so. The kettle will also turn off if it boils dry.
Design
The Cuisinart CPK-17 features a brushed stainless steel design. The nonslip handle is designed to stay cool, so you don't have to worry about being burned. The kettle is backed by a three year limited warranty.
