City University of New York (CUNY) has just signed a lease on a very large space in the tower at 16 Court Street. The university, which is based in Manhattan with satellite campuses in Midwood and on Jay Street, must be planning on expanding even further with this new two-year lease. Though details are scarce, rumor has it that the high rise location will be home for CUNY's Special Programs division.
