Cure Diabetes and Other Major Diseases Through Kapal Bhati Pranayama

The breathing of human beings is the reflection of their health. If you breathe properly all throughout the day, you will never fall sick during your entire lifetime for sure. There are some very effective breathing exercises, known as pranayama, for achieving excellent overall health by an individual. The breathing exercise, called as KapalBhati is considered the king of all pranayama activities as this simple exercise if done for around 10 to 15 minutes regularly, can cure diabetes, obesity, constipation, acidity, diseases pertaining to kidneys and the prostate glands. All the organs in an abdominal cavity function more effectively by doing this pranayama regularly. Kapal means forehead and Bhati means light and illumination. Thus the verbal meaning of this pranayama is that it brings the light and illumination on your forehead.

The procedure for doing this exercise is very simple. The best time to perform this pranayama is during early morning hours. However, same can be also performed in the evening hours also. But make sure that it is done with the empty stomach. Please sit in Padhmasana or Sukhasana on ground in Dhyan mudra in totally straight and erect posture with the tips of both the thumbs touching the tips of the first finger after completing all your morning cleaning rituals with the empty stomach. Close your eyes and try to concentrate by taking slow and deep breaths. Once your mind is ready to start, breathe in slowly and quickly and immediately exhale using full force. While exhaling, make sure that your abdominal cavity goes inside with a jerk. Try to push your abdominal cavity inside to the maximum while exhaling. Repeat this exercise for as many times as possible at a time. Keep in mind that the act of exhalation is very vital and must be performed with a great force. All the internal organs of the abdominal cavity get massaged due to this pranayama. As pancreas is also located inside the abdominal cavity, the inward jerks while exhaling excite the pancreas to generate more insulin, thus curing the diabetes. When you feel tired, take some rest in between by taking slow and deep breaths for a minute or so. And once again, start the same exercise.

This exercise is to be performed for a maximum period of around 15 minutes in one sitting. Number of breaks can be taken in between. However, gradually try to prolong the duration of the exercise up to maximum 15 minutes. The speed of this exercise must be 60 times per minute. That means one cycle of inhaling/exhaling in one second. Thus, aim to reach to 900 cycles per day gradually, which will take around 15 minutes. It may take around two months to reach to the timing of 15 minutes. Try to achieve the rhythm of this act in the first few days. The most vital part is to constantly think in your mind that you are throwing out all the impurities of your bodies while exhaling and accept all the pure natural elements while inhaling. This positive thought process help immensely to an individual and cure many of severe diseases. I have myself cured diabetes, digestion problems, acidity, lever problems, and obesity problems of hundreds of individuals within a maximum period of three months of its performing. There are proven medical reports indicating curing of such diseases on permanent basis by doing this pranayama.

You may feel some pain in the back on the spinal cord area and inside the abdominal cavity for few days in the beginning. Please ignore it and continue the act for some more days. It will vanish on its own in a few days time. There are many benefits of this pranayama as stated above. It also purifies all the chakras of the human body, and helps to achieve the peace and stability of the mind. It also strengthens the intestines, and the complete digestive canal. There have been cases of clearing blockages of blood arteries in some cases. The main aspect is the faith and the confidence that this act is going to cure me for sure. The time period for this pranayama can be reduced to around 8 to 10 minutes during the summer season.

As I am a yoga teacher myself, I have cured many patients of diabetes, constipation, acidity, and obesity on permanent basis within a period of around 3 to 4 months maximum.
