Recently I was looking for a hand lotion that was specifically for dry hands. I was working at the Wrangler distribution center in a town nearby and I was packing boxes. Needless to say the environment causes your hands to dry out. My hands were very dry, cracking, and it was painful. I couldn't handle it anymore so I was on a quest to find a hand cream that works to help them heal. I started by going to Wal-Mart and looking in the aisle with lotions. I found the section of hand creams and one brand caught my attention. Curel Targeted Therapy Fast-Absorbing Hand and Cuticle Cream was that brand. It caught my eye because of the claim it had on the tube. Curel says that it helps in the prevention of broken nails and your hands will be twice as soft.

I grabbed the hand cream and checked out. When I got to my car I opened the lotion and squeezed out a little bit. I rubbed it into my hands and noticed right then that the cream had made my hands softer. Many lotions are not easily absorbed by my skin and this one was not like that at all. My dry skin seemed to suck the cream in. I noticed that the product had a great scent too. It didn't have any type of medicine scent, it was pleasant.

I kept using the product to see if it would help heal my dry cracked hands. To my surprise it didn't really help them heal, but when I applied this before work and throughout the worked day it did actually prevent my hands from getting worse. I like the product because it does help your hands, but more through protection than healing. I do suggest this product for factory workers or anyone that is in a dry environment. It will help prevent cracking!

The products can be purchased at most discount retailers, such as Wal-Mart. It has a very pleasant scent and is not greasy when you put it on. It absorbs easily. If you are looking for a nice hand cream that will make your hands softer, this is definitely the product for you. If you are looking for a product to heal your hands, this will most likely not work, but it will help soothe them.
