- 'Adjust for Best Performance', will increase performance and lower visual effects.
- 'Custom', selecting this allows you to check or un-check visual options from a tailored list.
3. ClickOK when you have chosen your desired settings.
To change your desktop background, follow the instructions given below:
- Right-click on your desktop background. The Personalization window will open.
- Choose the Desktop Background option, which is second on the list. Another window will open. With this window you can choose what pictures you like as a possible background from any location. You can also center, stretch, or tile the image; or even change the background color.
Other things can be found in the Personalization window (right-click on desktop background, choose personalize from list). Choose screen saver to change or deactivate the screen saver. Adjust screen saver settings and preview your choices. Power management settings can be accessed from here too (the default option is often recommended).
