Cut Out These 3 "Good" for You Foods and Lose Weight

Ever feel like you've been on a diet roller coaster you entire life? Up and down the scale goes, never seeming to settle at a weight you are happy with. Yet, everyday you eat all the foods "they" say you should eat to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. So, why aren't you losing weight? What should you cut out of your diet that will help you lose weight?

It's really just 3 simple food items that are making you fat...

Dairy ~ Stop eating dairy! All dairy EXCEPT yogurt and hard cheeses (ex. Cheddar). No more ice cream before bed, no more Mac n cheese for lunch. Cut out the dairy and I'll bet you will lose 5 pounds in the first week! Think about it people! Cow milk is made for building big, bulky calves! What makes you think it would be any different if a human drank cow milk? I stopped consuming dairy products daily (I still sneak a little sometimes!) about 2 years ago, I lost over 60 pounds within the first year and I haven't gained it back yet!

Diet Foods ~ Yes, I know this one shocks you doesn't it? Well guess what? Diet foods actually make you more hungry! I'm not sure why but, everyone I know, including myself have attempted diet foods of some sort, whether it be lean frozen TV dinners or all low-fat items in the fridge and every person has actually gained weight rather than lost it. They were starving all the time and ended up bingeing way too often! Eat healthy organic meals and you will lose weight much faster than trying to with diet food.

Processed Food ~ I don't care whether it says, low fat, low carbs, low flavor, whatever! Stop eating any and all processed food! Throw away everything in your pantry and replace it with fresh, organic food! Not only will you be more healthy, you will lose weight and a lot faster than you expect!

Try out these suggestions. We all have our "crutches" and I'm sure everyone will sneak some of them, but if you at least attempt to remove these items from your home, you will be able to see, within just days, how much weight you can lose and how much better you will feel! Stop eating the foods mentioned above and lose weight while helping yourself and your family live longer, healthier lives!
