1. Stop comparing others to you.
2. Stop negative copycatting.

4. Take responsibility for mistakes you make.
5. Stop making the mistake if you're doing something you know is wrong.
6. Stop artificially making someone who is a perfectionists vulnerable to mistakes.*
7. Stop trying to make someone who wants to do right fall into your category of mistakes.
8. Stop artificially trying to make mistakes for a perfect acting individual.*
9. Stop not saying, "Thanks."
10. Stop winning in every competition.
11. Stop criticizing.
12. Stop nonconstructive comments.
13. Stop drinking the last ounce of coffee and not making more for the rest of your fellow colleagues.
14. Stop lying. Don't answer a question to something that is irrelevant to the subject at hand and if the question makes you uncomfortable.
15. Trust is granted until lack of loyalty is revealed.
16. Stick to the issues at hand. Explain the dark till light comes. (Perception)

18. Don't offer praise to the unthankful, but don't refuse to praise constructiveness to others.
19. Don't claim credit for work you didn't perform, but pass it to the ones that did the work.
20. Make an issue to take responsibility for actions to professional behaving constituents.
