CWFI Devotional Bible Guide Lesson Three End of the World: The Seperation

The Great White Throne: The Judgment of All People

Dr. Phillip Clark
Matthew 25:31-46 End of the World

Verse 31

#1. Jesus returns with his angels.

#2. Jesus is honored as King and takes his place on the Great White Throne. His place is to judge the nations.

Verse 32

#3. All nations of the world will be gathered before him.

#4. The nations will be separated as a shepherd separates goats and sheep on a grazing hillside.

Verse 33

#5. Jesus will separate good and bad. The good to his right and the bad to his left.

Verse 34

#6. Those on his right shall inherit the kingdom and eternal life.

Verse 35-36

#7. Those that ministered to the unfortunate will be on his right. Those that feed the hungry, gave drink to the thirsty, gave clothes to the naked, visited the sick, and visited the imprisoned.

Verse 41

#8. And for those on his left:

A. He will ask them to depart from him
B. Be punished
C. They will to the fire that never quenches. The fire is prepared for the devil and his angels and apparently those defined as goats.
D. Do not fail to support Jerusalem and their needy. Do not forsake Jerusalem. (Jerusalem means the city of peace).

Note: Nations are on the balancing scale of righteousness. The nations of the world are being separated for service to the needy. Do not neglect those that are needy in your nation. Do not fail to support Jerusalem. Your church can support Jerusalem and the local needs by monetary funds, food, clothing, prison ministries, and assist or send missionaries to Israel. You may also support ministries that support the City of Peace, Jerusalem. The mission includes our cities, the nation, and the World.

The nations of the world will stand before the Great White Throne and will answer to how they supported the needs of the less fortunate.
