CWFI Recipes the Captains Table: Chicken Fried Rice

Rice 4 cups
Canned Chicken 12 ounces
Vegetable oil 1 teaspoon
Diced green pepper 1 cup
Green peas 1 can
Soy Sauce 1/3 cup

Preparation:

1. Add the cooked rice to hot grill.
2. Add oil to rice on the grill.
3. Add the canned chicken and its juice.
4. Add diced green pepper
5. Add green peas.
6. Add Soy sauce.

Mix together, heat until all elements are mixed throughly.
Remove from grill and serve with any steak, fish, beef, or chicken main dish.
