Getting the jump on one's competition is the name of game during Christmas shopping season, so some of this year's Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales have started early. In fact, most of the nation's largest online retailers kicked offf Cyber Monday on Sunday, Nov. 27 this year, offering exclusive sales on items that update on the hour as incentives to shop their sites early.
