Cybertek Enterprises Posts L$71,000 Loss, Outstripping Previous Forecast
Previous L$22,000 Loss Forecast a Distant Memory
Cybertek Enterprises (CBE : ISE), one of the International Stock Exchange(ISE)'s most transparent companies, revealed today that the expected L$22,000 loss forecast for the month of November ballooned to a total of L$$71,068.
"Well I am sad to report that CBE posted a net loss of$71,068L for the month of November," Cybertek Warrior, CBE(ISE) CEO announced in today's press release, "The loss was incurred due to the mass abandonment of OS regions and the time it took to convert these OS regions to regular prim regions."
"To help minimize the loss we sold one of our regions to one of the larger land owners for a price of $500US, if we did not sell this island it would have put CBE cash reserves to an uncomfortably low level of about 23,000L. With this sale CBE still has a cash reserve of about $162,000L."
Cybertek Warrior posted a positive outlook for December on November 25th, and reitterated that fact, "For the month of december I have posted my outlook, I am still waiting for 4 OS regions to convert to a regular region. I am looking at the possibility of selling this regular region if I don't have a need for the additional land. If I do the island will be listed as $600 (USD) if tier hasn't been paid or $750 (USD) if tier has been paid."
Cybertek Warrior added that further information will be forthcoming, "I will be posting the monthly outlook sometime this week. Along with the finacials. There will be a lot of new revenue streams that CBE is adding to its portfolio this coming month to try to get let dependant on Land as the main source of income and add additional services, products, and rentals, to our portfolio."
Unlike many others, Cybertek Warrior has a very positive view of what may be down the road for CBE, "'I just view this OS region setup a minor one, and I think it will help grow CBE once this is past us. I also believe that after the storm has passed CBE will be stronger than before it happened as competition is eliminated by people pulling out of the land business."
CBE(ISE) is currently trading at L$1.03, more than half of it's average share value of L$2.21, and CBE(ISE) boasts a healthy 5,826 shares traded per day.
CBE(ISE) has been in trading since 7-30-2007, with share highs of L$5.90 and lows of L$.50. CBE(ISE) is one of ISE's most publicly disclosed companies, with a total of 64 press releases over the course of that time period, and a total dividend payout of L$0.29 on 15 payments.
