Everyday is kids day,
you love us and hug us,
you take us outside to play.
Let this day be about you,
we love you and give you hugs,
something not hard to do.
You are here for us through thick and thin,
we come to you to cry, to talk, to feel comfort;
which has helped us and thickened our skin.
