B*** S*** or "garbage" is what I say.
Sir Walter Raleigh was in a similar position and was ordered to be executed by Spain as spoken to an ambassador to Queen Elizabeth I. She knighted him in disrespect to the Spanish royalty.
This is similar in nature as to that other incident but the reaction is counter to what Queen Elizabeth I did. Perhaps she had more mustard than President Obama.
Another thing which this exhibited was a complete disrespect to the United states of America Constitution.
The First Amendment to the Constitution is quite clear.
Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791. Note
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." (*1)
"no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;" (*1)
This was abridged by the White House when the Dahli Lama was for political purposes escorted through the back door.
Jim Crow is alive and well in the United states. I do not think so. Those laws were a humiliation to us back then and a return to them for any purpose is a violation of our Constitution and our credence to "FREEDOM". These actions cannot be tolerated nor can they be 'escorted' to the front of society in any model, shape, or size. It is a complete 'embarrassment' that event like this could even happen.
No royalty or nobility of any sort can continue to be our friends let alone have any style of respect for our country. NONE.
Yes, there is more to the violation of our dear Constitution with this one act of shameful pacifism.
Article I, Section 9
"No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign State." (*1)
This was addressing the Congress and establishment of Titles of Nobility. But the application is the same. In essence by 'Obeying' the Chinese government and not allowing Mr. Dahli Lama the respect other nations adhere to for their leaders and the other leaders of society and of governments the White House was in essence establishing a "Nobility" through obeying recommendations of another government. We are supposed to be a 'Free' People and all visitors and people coming to our shores as our guests need to be put in a place of respect. What other governments do or do not do is of no concern to how we conduct our government and the respect or non-respect we show to others. In our own "House" we need to show respect to our 'Guests'.
This action in essence establishes a Title of Non-Nobility and conduct such as this is and cannot be tolerated.
Our economic power and values now need to be show to gain back our respect for the small country of Nepal and indeed of Tibet. Increasing our trade with Nepal and with the economies of the region of Tibet is but only a simple way to show our apologies and hope the gaining back of respect from the smallest of the small government of Nepal can hopefully be done. Our sincerest apologies to Nepal. And likewise the citizen of the United states ask for our sincerest apologies to the Dahli Lama.
Article III, Section 3.
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court." (*1)
With what sentence did a judge order that Dahli Lama was treasonous to the United states of America. When did this happen. He has not disobeyed our Laws. Nor has he disobeyed our Reverences. How can we be sentencing him to treason and the sentence is taking the back garbage exit from the White House. Has there been any witnesses of his Treason. Has it been viewed or so said in a Court. I have not heard anything about this. Have you. Then why is Mr. Dahli Lama being treated like he is a treasonous wretch to the United states. Did he give any Aid and Comfort to our Enemies. Or rather has he been an aid and a comfort to our Citizens when traveling abroad. Weigh the scales and take the test. Treasonous to the United states he is not. A freiend to the world rather he is. A friend to the world should not be treated with disrespect but rather with respect. Our President needs to travel to Nepal to ask for Dahli Lama apologies. This is not a slight disprespect which was done but rather a huge error of mass proportions.
Dahli Lama is not a Traitor nor then treasonous. Dahli Lama is not requiring to be treated like royalty nor nobility and thus is respecting our laws and customs. Dahli Lama is just trying to show respect and freedom of and for religious freedom. He has shown no bigotry, no nobility, no treasonous activity yet we treat him with the utmost of disrepect. Jim Crow is and never was noble. Jim Crow never was religious. Jim Crow has always been treasonous and should not exist.
