Bonehead Tip of the Day: Ah, the government will tell us how to eat. Yeah, a hotbed of physical fitness and nutrition that bunch is . Please do not take my Big Macs away. I feel that is coming.

Notes: Can there be any surpises come Oscar time? As I have noted here in this column, my gut feeling would be that "The Social Network" loses ground, and it has, to "The King's Speech." It should. "King" has eveything Oscar loves and me too, for that matter. I do not want a movie about Facebook winning a top prize. I suspect I am not the only one.
Weekend BO: A light weekend but the bright side is five films ended up in double digits. "The Rite," which is pretty good, takes the top spot. Now this weekend has a little game on Sunday and a storm bearing down on 30 states. You can make the call on how the box office will do. My guess is it stays weak.
