"Hockey Fights Cancer" takes place at 7:30 p.m. in a game of the Dallas Stars and San Jose Sharks and for every ticket purchased, ten dollars will go to the Network to advance research, support patients, and create hope for those affected by the illness.

In related Network news, on April 10 the 8th Annual "Boot Scootin'" takes place to raise awareness for the over 42,000 people who will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this year.
The festivities take place from 7-10 p.m. at Will Rogers Memorial Center, Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibit Hall, Stagecoach Room located at 3401 W. Lancaster Avenue in Fort Worth.
