Dallas Vs. Miami Game 6 NBA Odds Pick

Who Should Be the Favorite and Why?

The Mavericks are coming off of a confidence-boosting Game 5 win over the Heat, and now many are wondering what the Dallas vs. Miami Game 6 odds should be, and who to pick.

The favorite heading into this one should be Miami because they have their backs and against the wall and they also have home court advantage.

Miami is the favorite according to many, but Dallas has a lot going for it as well. For one thing, the Mavs have a large cast of hungry veterans who have been in the Finals before. They know what it takes to grind and to take it one game at a time, and how precious each opportunity can be.

Jason Kidd for one has been in the Finals and lost, and so has Dirk Nowitzki. These two key players are likely to leave it all out on the floor for the Game 6 matchup in Miami and they won't give anything less than 100% to bring home the title on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Miami has their own separate mindset heading into the contest. LeBron James is being hounded by the media for his lack of fourth quarter scoring, Dwyane Wade has a hip contusion, Chris Bosh seems upset with James and coach Erik Spoelstra is still wrestling with the moment.

The Heat fans might be more cautious and worried than anything else. The Mavs on the other hand will probably be loose, and that's when a team such as them plays their best.

The Mavs are great shooters when they're relaxed and their 3-point prowess gives them the ability to run away with a game at any time. While the Heat are a more athletic team, a few early three-pointers could have James biting his nails yet again.

For Miami to win this matchup and send it to a seventh game, they'll need a true dominant performance from either James or Wade. Wade is still the top candidate but we've seen LeBron do it before.

In the end, however, the NBA Finals Game 6 winner will be the Dallas Mavericks because of their experience and better shooting. The odds underdogs Mavs will take home the title with another clutch performance against Miami on Sunday.
