Fairies Invitation
They beckon me to join their dance
moonlit floor of dewy earth
carpeted with clover and thistle
whirling,twirling twixt the trees
dancing,dancing..for hope,for life..
for all things..for nothing..but the dance itself
I must say no..for I can not dance for all eternity...

Post a CommentAbsolutely beautiful! Thought provoking, very moving. It makes one sad to feel that you cannot dance for eternity, if the dance is for hope and life itself. I love it. I hope to see more of Ms. Ardena Carter's work. She seems to be very talented in the ability to draw you right into the inner cortex of her emotions.
