Dancing with the Stars 2010 Projected Cast and Partner Predictions

By the close of the August 30 edition of Bachelor Pad, we'll know the answer to reality TV's biggest burning question of the moment: Who will star in the Fall season of Dancing with the Stars 2010? Here's a look at the widely rumored rug cutters, along with a few pro partnering predictions.

If you 'Ask Kristin', she'll tell you that names thrown around for Dancing with the Stars season 11 contention include teen mom turned TV guest-star Bristol Palin, crooners Brandy and Michael Bolton, former NBA star Rick Fox, Dirty Dancing's Jennifer Grey, Baywatch's main man David Hasselhoff, Brady mom Florence Henderson, and reality 'stars' Audrina Patridge of The Hills and Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino of Jersey Shore. Also allegedly included on the DWTS 2010 roster is football superstar and all-around good guy Kurt Warner.

If these names are all accurate, Dancing with the Stars 2010's Fall season is jam-packed beyond the gills with folks from the entertainment world: Two singers, three actor/actresses (and Brandy, who's actually a singer and an actress, if we want to be technical), two reality stars (which is two too many if you ask me, but you didn't, so we'll move on), two athletes (although Fox is almost an entertainment celebrity, given his connections to Vanessa Williams and Eliza Dushku, but again, I digress), and a seemingly random political daughter from Alaska.

So are there any potential celeb/professional pair-ups to challenge the stuff that DWTS dreams are made of? Not really. Florence Henderson will probably draw the Cloris Leachman card, inciting a recall of Corky Ballas. If not Corky, my money's on Jonathan Roberts, if only because he's patient and never seems to get partners with a shot at winning. It's nothing against Florence; she simply doesn't have youth on her side.

While we're talking about taking the trophy, I'll guess that Brandy, who has all sorts of entertainment experience under her belt, will draw golden boy Derek Hough's name from the partnering hat since he always has a legitimate shot at making the finals. If she doesn't wind up with Hough, I'll go with Derek's other half, Mark Ballas, because, well, it seems logical that one of them should dance with a contender.
