Dancing with the Stars April 13 Elimination: Aiden Turner is Next to Leave; Kate Gosselin Remains Safe

It is time to say goodbye to soap star, Aiden Turner as he is the next Dancing with the Stars contestant voted off. Aiden's dancing failed to receive high marks from the judges and his performance this week was stiff and awkward. It appears his large All My Children fan base was not enough to keep him on the Dancing with the Stars stage. Here is a recap of the rest of the night's events. I have left out much of the filler.

The First Two Couples are Saved:

The show started by announcing the first two couples saved who were: Chad Ochocinco and partner Cheryl Burke and Jake Pavelka and Chelsea Hightower, who were in the bottom two last week.

The Judges Recap "Passion Night"

The Judges then went through a quick recap of last night's performances. Again they commented on Kate Gosselin's "mini breakthrough" again stating that it was Kate's best performance to date. About Pam Anderson the judges said "that girl would look sexy mopping the floor". Evan and Nicole are at the top of the leader board followed by Nicole & Derek, with Pam & Damian in third place.

It was Pam & Damian's Romantic Rumba the Judges Wanted to See

Pam and Damian gave an encore performance of their romantic rumba. Pam showed the Dancing with the Stars audience that she could be tasteful and sexy at the same time. The couple's rumba was anything but raunchy and Pam Anderson can really dance.

More "Safe" Couples are Announced

The next couple pronounced as safe is the high scoring pair of Evan Lysacek and his Dancing with the Stars partner Anna Trebunskaya. After some filler it is announced that Nicole and Derek and Pamela and Damian are also safe. This leaves Erin and Max, Niecy and Louie, Aiden and Edyta, and Kate and Tony as the only Dancing with the Stars couples not awarded safety.

Which Two Couples are in the Bottom Two for Dancing with the Stars Week Four?

First we find out that Erin and Matt, who performed a disappointing tango last night, are still safe to dance again. We are left with Niecy, Aiden and Kate, minutes later it is announced that Kate Gosselin and her partner Tony Dovolani are yet again safe. Aiden and Niecy are in the bottom two and it is soap star, Aiden Turner and his partner, Edyta Sliwinska who are sent home.

Next week it is "Movie Night" on Dancing with the Stars. We can expect some elaborate dances and dramatic theatrics.
