In fact, Bristol feels she deserves to be among the final four couples stating , "I work my butt off here. I rehearse every day. I am totally out of my element here. I think I deserve to be here."
Palin also slammed the critics who believe she's come this far by being the daughter of Sarah Palin. Bristol spoke with E! News last evening and pointed out that her mom also has lots of haters in addition to fans, thus as a result, "It can work both ways with me being Sarah Palin's daughter."
Additionally, in the taped segment from days before the Monday live show, Bristol said that she isn't a "fake", and, "People can relate to me because I'm real - not Hollywood."
That statement is absolutely true. But the point remains that Dancing With The Stars appears to be more of a popularity contest than it is a talent competition. Sure, Bristol has improved greatly since the onset of Season 11, yet she has scored at the bottom six consecutive times, as Judge Len Goodman pointed out last night.
Bristol and her partner, Mark Ballas, earned a 53/60 last night which was the lowest on the Judge's scoreboard. Yet, last night's scores were also the highest Bristol and Ballas have earned to date.
Jennifer Grey scored a perfect 60/60, while Kyle and Lacey scored a 58/60, followed by Brandy and Maks who earned a 57/60.
Yet, Bristol still earned some high praise from the judges especially Carrie Ann Inaba who called Bristol to the judge's table so she could hug and congratulate her for her efforts.
As a result, Tuesday's results show should be interesting as one more contestant is eliminated. If Bristol makes it through to the Finals, chances that may indeed be the DWTS champion will increase dramatically.
If, on the other hand, Bristol goes home tonight, then the Finals will be between Brandy, Jennifer and Kyle which might make more sense to DWTS fans.

Post a CommentI forgot to say that I have lost a lot of respect for Pro Max. Brandy is a very good dancer, also. Jennifer is the best of the two even tho it is close.
I love DWTS and always watch. I think Kyle has shown a greater improvement over Bristol. They are both over-weight and that doesn't help with the moves but Kyle doesn't let that handicap him. He has improved the most. I love his personality, it shines. I think Jennifer should win as the best dancer. Just my thoughts!
hey those bashing kyle if you don't like it when bristol get bash i understand
but kyle is a far better dance than bristol at least in his dance he has never beenn aquared
Get a grip people, ABC will lose no viewers (Who are you kidding, just because you don't like it you are just ONE person). IT'S TV FOR GOD SAKE. SHUT UP.

Palin shows the talent to be a good dancer. She is not a great dancer however and the fact she is still in the running shows how fickle the show has become.
I believe the comments about Bristol are so unfair, she has come a long ways in DWTS. I like the way she is not so willing to flaunt her body.It is your lost if you do not watch DWTS again. myself I will continue to watch them!
Bristol needs to get back in her pickup truck and head north to Alaska where she belongs. She has about as much rhythm and talent as an Alaskan Bear! If she doesn't go home tonight I'm afraid DWTS will lose many viewers!
Common - Bristol is way over due to go home. Not a fan not a hater -just not the best dancer! I love the show but will stop watching if she does not leave.
I hope Jennifer or Kyle win it.
