The reality dance competition pair's professional dancers with celebrities in a weekly dance off. The show is hosted by Tom Bergeran and Brooke Burke. The internet and the television entertainment shows have been buzzing over which celebrities have been chosen for this years show. Here are the celebrities we all will be watching on Season 11, Dancing With the Stars.
Bristol Palin, daughter of former Alaska Governor and Republican Candidate for Vice President in 2008, Sarah Palin. Bristol, who turns 20 in October, is a single Mom and works as a celebrity spokes person. The youngest of the female celebrities it remains to see if Bristol can stand up to the pressure.
David Hasselhoff, actor, singer, producer and businessman. Hasselhoff is best known as the star of the weekly series from the 1980's, Knight Rider and the hunky lifeguard on Bay Watch. More recently he's been a judge on America's Got Talent appearing from 2006 to 2009. Hasselhoff has been falling down a lot lately, but he always lands on his feet. He should be interesting to watch.
Kurt Warner, Super Bowl XXXIV Winning Quarterback for the St. Louis Rams officially retired from football in January 2010 to spend time with his wife and seven children. After twelve years playing pro ball with the Rams, New York Giants and Arizona Cardinals, Warner deserves sometime off to go dancing.
Margaret Cho, stand up comedian, fashion designer, actress, and author. Cho is a strong woman who isn't afraid to speak her mind. A fierce supporter of President Obama , Cho said of Sarah Palin's bid for the Vice Presidency," I think this is the worst thing to happen to America since 9/11/ . Cho versus Palin in the tango....hmmmm.
Rick Fox, NBA Championship player with the Los Angeles Lakers and actor, formerly married to Vanessa Williams. Fox hails from Toronto, Canada, and before going to the Lakers played with the Boston Celtics. Let's hope Fox can dance because he is too pretty to look at to get sent home early.
Jennifer Grey , actress best known for her performance in Dirty Dancing and Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Jennifer was once engaged to her co star Matthew Broderick ,
Heartthrob Johnny Depp and dated George Stephanopoulos. Could get interesting if Grey can remember how to Dirty Dance.
Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino, fame from the MTV's hit show, Jersey Shores. Sorrentino an assistant manager in a fitness center in Staten Island has some experience as an exotic dancer in 2004. Let's see how he makes out in this 'situation'.
Audrina Patridge, television personality and actress. Patridge gained fame through MTV's show 'The Hills'. Patridge appeared in the show from 2006 to 2010 and is the longest lasting cast member of the show. She also appeared in the movies Sorority Row and Into the Blue.
Florence Henderson, is the oldest contestant on the show, and when it was revealed she dated actor Barry Williams who played her son on the hit series The Brady Bunch , back in the 70's , Henderson became the first MILF, before the term was invented. Can she dance? I doubt there isn't anything that Henderson can not do.
Brandy Norwood, singer, songwriter, entertainer, actress, and producer. Brandy is a major talent that has proven again and again on stage she knows how to move. You go girl.
Michael Bolton, singer and songwriter, Grammy winner and humanitarian. Bolton once a heavy metal rocker toured with Ozzy Osbourne, before slowing down the pace and becoming known for his adult contemporary / easy listening style. Will Michael Bolton be as smooth on his feet as he is with his style?
Kyle Massey, actor and rapper. The youngest cast member Massey is a familiar face to parents of teeny boppers across America. Known for his role on the Disney Channels Show, That's so Raven, and the spin off show, Coy in the House. He will bring energy and enthusiasm to DWTS.
