Evan and Anna are the First Couple to Make it to the Finals
Less than five-minutes into the show host Brooke Burke announces that Evan and Anna are the first couple to make it to next week's finals. For those who watched Evan and Anna dance last night, and saw their incredible score of 59 out of a possible 60 points, it is no surprise that they made it to the finals. Will the gold medal-winning skater and his talented Russian partner be able to beat Nicole and Derek? It remains to be seen. Nicole and Derek are always fun to watch, but Evan and Anna possess a special grace that the other dancers lack.
Evan and Anna Give an Encore of their Perfect Paso
DWTS judge Len Goldman announces that it is Evan and Anna's perfect scoring Paso Doble that we would get to see again. Was it the dance I wanted to see, not really but there is no denying that Evan and Anna performed an excellent Paso.
Miley Cyrus Performs "Can't Be Tamed"
I have skipped over the college dance performances and other "fluff" used as filler on the Dancing with the Stars results show, but thought I would provide my two-cents on Miley's controversial video. I have to admit that I find the "cage" and Miley's black leather garb a little bizarre. I can see where they are going with the look and have no problem with Miley's new grown-up look. On the other hand, her new single is not particularly good.
Nicole and Derek Make it to the Dancing with the Stars Finals
After forty-five minutes of fluff, we find out that Nicole and Derek will join Evan and Anna in the Dancing with the Stars finals next week. This leaves Erin Andrews and Chad Ochocinco still in jeopardy. After the commercial break, we find out that the journey is over for Chad and Cheryl.
