Dancing with the Stars Results for October 27 Send Louie & Melissa Home

The Dancing With the Stars results for October 27 were a double whammy, since the Dancing With the Stars October 27 results knocked out two couples. A few weeks back, the Dancing With the Stars results didn't knock out anyone, since Tom DeLay had already withdrawn. But the Dancing With the Stars results on October 27 more than made up for it, as two couples were gone by the end of the night. One might have been surprising, while the other may have been long overdue.

The Dancing With the Stars results for October 27 started by simply voting off Melissa Joan Hart and Mark Ballas. Hart and Ballas had been doing well in the first several weeks, but were knocked out with one poor performance this week. With an early favorite gone, knocking out the next Dancing With the Stars couple wouldn't be so easy.

The two lowest couples had to 'dance off' to save themselves, in a clash between Michael Irvin and Anna Demidova, and Louie Vito and Chelsie Hightower. Both pairs had narrowly avoided elimination for weeks, but in the end, Louie and Chelsie's luck ran out.

Two out of three judges voted to keep Michael and Anna alive over Louie and Chelsie, although they weren't that wowed by either pair. But the Dancing With the Stars results for October 27 did its job in knocking two pairs out, although Michael and Anna's time is sure to come soon enough.

The Dancing With the Stars results this week had a tough act to follow, after the glitzy Michael Jackson tribute the previous week. This time, the focus was just on eliminating current contestants, rather than honoring dead dancers. So to make up for it, they eliminated two contestants to drive up the suspense and intrigue.

With the double-elimination results over with, the show moves on to Week 7, with just seven contestants now remaining. Despite Dancing With the Stars fans being a little disappointed thus far, the season is about halfway over, and most of the pretenders have already left. Soon only the contenders will be left to fend for victory, as the grand finale starts inching closer.

The Dancing With the Stars results for October 27 cut down more dancers than usual, but only one couple will be knocked off next Tuesday, in a more conventional results show.

I watch it just to see Donny Osmond. He is not only the most handsome guy ever, but very talented and even though I'm partial because I've been a fan for 38 years, he still proves that a 51 year old man can still out dance and out entertain anyone! Lucky I have a DVD, so I can fast-forward.

Thought last nights elimination was not fair to the contestants and to the fans of the show. It seemed to me that the judges got to decide the elimination this week%252C they put the dancers in their positions%252C then they decided who scored the most points in the mamba%252C and finally they got to pick their favorite for the dance off%2521%2521%2521 Very disappointed with the show%252C and don%2527t feel a need to finish watching the rest of the season.

I have such a hard time with this show with all the darn FILLER. Good write-up of the episode though.

I hope that next season has better stars. It has been a real disappointing season. I lost interest after the third week and only watch occasionally. The producers need to get some "real stars". This season I watched the show because of the professional dancers not the "stars".
