Dancing with the Stars: Season 11 Celebrity and Professional Pairing Announced

Can Bristol Palin See Hollywood from Her House?

The celebrity and professional pairings for the first group of participants on season 11 of Dancing With the Stars were announced this morning on ABC's Good Mornng America.

Season 11 begins on Monday, September 20 at 8 PM Eastern on ABC with a two-hour season premiere. Then the next night, on Tuesday, September 21 at 8 PM Eastern be sure to watch Dancing with the Stars: The Results Show to see the first couple (with the lowest judges' and public votes) sent home.

The season 11 Dancing With the Stars celebrity and professional pairings are as follows:

Margaret Cho and Louis Van Amstel
Florence Henderson and Corky Ballas
Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas

Jennifer Grey (actress, Dirty Dancing) teams up with Derek Hough (two-time mirror ball champion, back for his 7th season).

Margaret Cho (comedienne and actress, Drop Dead Diva) teams up with Louis Van Amsel (back for his 7th season).

Florence Henderson (The Brady Bunch) teams up with Corky Ballas (back for his 2nd season).

Bristol Palin (teen advocate and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's daughter) teams up with Mark Ballas (two-time champion, back for his 7th season).

Brandy (pop singer and actress) teams up with Maksim Chmerkovskiy (back for his 9th season).

Audrina Patridge (MTV reality star, The Dumb One from The Hills) teams up with Tony Dovolani (back for his 10th season).

Rick Fox (former NBA champion, former Mr. Vanessa Williams) teams up with Cheryl Burke (two-time champion, back for her 10th season).

Michael Bolton (Grammy award-winning singer) teams up with Chelsie Hightower (back for her 4th season).

Mike Sorrentino (Jersey Shore ) teams up with Karina Smirnoff (back for her 8th season).

David Hasselhoff (Knight Rider, Baywatch, singer and past American Idol judge) teams up with Kym Johnson (season 9 champion, back for her 8th season).

Kurt Warner (former pro-NFL quarterback) teams up with Anna Trebunskaya (back for her 6th season).

Kyle Massey (kid star of That's So Raven) teams up with Lacey Schwimmer Presley (back for her 3rd season).

Conclusion

Everyone is talking about Bristol Palin, making her the focus of her fans, who want to see her win, and her dissenters, who want to see her fall on her face. Bristol said "I wanted to get out of Alaska for a few weeks. I just wanted to get in shape and have a good time." What she really meant to say was that she can see Hollywood from her house.

Most fans seem to believe that Jennifer Grey will be the winner this season.

In other news, the following professional dancers have are not participating this season: Dmitry Chaplin, Jonathan Roberts, Damian Whitewood, Anna Demidova, Ashley Costa, Julianne Hough and Julianne Hough.

    to bad so desperate for talent on this show....it used to be celebraties paired up with the professionals. have about as much interest in watching bristol palin as I did kate gosselin only this year will be watching something else. hopefully they will have better guests nest year. have no desire to see "The Hoff in a drunken stupor fall all aver himself, brady bunch mom already dances palin is not a celebraty just because mom is another politican. really getting tired of these wannabe self introduced "celebraties" Good luck to the professionals that have to put up with them all...especially Cheryl Burke
