Dancing with the Stars Top Ten Dances of All Time Revealed (Video Links Here)

Carol Whyte
The top ten dances of Dancing With The Stars were revealed on the Monday, October 25 show, provoking memories of seasons past and dances that seemingly occurred decades ago. However, the ABC hit Dancing With The Stars debuted just five years ago in June, 2005 and with successive Fall, Spring and Winter seasons has brought the show to its eleventh season already.

Viewers were asked to vote on-line for the Top Ten Dances out of the most popular 30 dances and last night from ten to number one, Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke commenced immediately into the results.

So, from Seasons One through Ten, here are the top ten dances with video links in the history of Dancing With The Stars! (Keep in mind that over 1,000 dances have occurred in five years so earning one of the top ten spots is quite an accomplishment!)

Number Ten - Shawn Johnson and Mark Ballas, Season 8 Freestyle - Click here to watch

Number Nine - Donnie Osmond and Kym Johnson, Season 9 Argentine Tango - Click here to watch

Some notable facts about the results:

• Apolo Anton Ohno is the only star who took honors twice in the Top Ten Dances

• It wasn't until Season 8 that the Argentine Tango appeared as a competitive dance

• Cheryl Burke didn't like the music selection in Season 2's Freestyle with Drew Lacey, but because Drew was such a country music fan, she relented!

1st year watching- actual dancing is fun to watch, but still trying to figure scoring, e.g. judges surprised who were the bottom two after they overrated Palin who clearly is an awkward at best dancer...why is she still there? Is there a fully funded robo-calling phone bank in Wasilla??? Are people afraid of her mamma or does the show have a pity vote each season to create buzz?
