Dancing with the Stars Update~Season 11

Week 6 of Dancing with the Stars sent Audrina Patridge and Tony Dovolani home. Their last dance was to Bon Jovi's "Blaze of Glory". It was a surprise since they were doing so well, however it was down to Patridge or Jennifer Grey, so I am glad Team TorinA went home instead. And certainly Jennifer Grey has a much larger fan following than does Patridge. So that makes it less of a shock for me.

After all this is a fan voted dance-off, so having a lot of fans, who votes, is what essentially crowns the winner. In some ways it is a modern day popularity contest.

The stars who have already been sent home include David Hasselhoff, Michael Bolton, Mike Sorrentino, Margaret Cho, Florence Henderson, and Audrina Patridge.

Stars who will be competing in Week 7 include Jennifer Grey, Brandy, Kurt Warner, Kyle Massey, and Bristol Palin. All twelve of the professional dancers from this season are currently on the ballot for Design a Dance. Voting remains open until November 4 at 10PM PT. The winner will announced on November 16 when the performance is unveiled live. Check out the official rules and cast your vote.
