"Dancing with the Stars" Week 10 - May 24th: Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Eliminated from DWTS Recap [video]

"Dancing with the Stars" finally reached the final three after a nail biting elimination result the saw top season favorites Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke sent home on the night. This was not your run of the mill elimination for NFL star Ochocinco as his elimination marked a historical moment in the 'Dancing with the Stars' history books. Ochocinco became the 100th celebrity eliminate over the 10 seasons that DWTS has been wowing fans and judges alike.

On Tuesday, Chad found himself in the bottom two again and it was the end of the line for Chad and Cheryl. In the end their low score cost them dearly and they were kicked off 'Dancing with the Stars.' Chad and Cheryl's waltz and samba were good but not great enough to score over the final score of 27 in the first round and 25 for their samba.

"This was awesome," Chad told show co-host Tom Bergeron. "I enjoyed the journey, I met some wonderful people. I got some great criticism that's only made me stronger, man. And I met... the beautiful Cheryl Burke, and in my eyes really, I've already won... So this is beautiful."

It's safe to say that at least Chad is in deep like or love with Cheryl even if Cheryl is not. These DWTS celebrity dancers would make a great couple... don't you think? The freestyle performance brought the 'A' game out in each of the remaining celebrity dancers and their pro dancer partners. The competition really got steamy when ESPN's Erin Andrews and Maksim brought the bedroom into their routine and literally onto the dance floor.

Maksim offered this as his explanation for the risqué routine, "Our freestyle is very passionate. It's very emotional. And in a way, I think it will tell the story of Erin and I." 'Dancing with the Stars' judge Len said, "Freestyle is about risk and reward. You took an enormous risk; in parts you pulled it off. It was a mix for me of emotion and commotion. I liked it, but I've got to be honest, I didn't love it." The performance definitely raised the bar and eyebrows but was not enough to win favor and votes in the competition to come out on top.

Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger with pro partner Derek and Olympic men's figure skating champ Evan Lysacek with Anna were the other final remaining celebrity and pro dancer partners left in the competition.
